New venue Day for me yesterday! This beautiful scenery is the back drop for the amazing Abbeywood Estate , Oakmere, Cheshire.

I played instrumental wedding music for a beautiful outdoor ceremony featuring some very special songs that The bride had chosen specially
We started with a little Elton, Taylor Swift and Beatles to warm up as the guests were seated. Then, when we were given the cue that the stunning bride was ready I started a “mashup” that she had requested and kept a secret from her husband to be.

As it is a lovely long aisle walk for the outdoor wedding ceremony I got to really explore the music. We started with Canon in D and as the bride appeared at the half way point, I morphed in to her special request “Dustland Fairytale” by her favourite band, The Killers.

During the signing I played “real love” and “here comes the sun” by the Beatles. Then we had “lovely day” to exit.
And it was a lovely day, glorious weather, awesome canapés, lawn games – the whole lot.

The bride just texted me this lovely message:-
“Thank you so much for playing for our ceremony yesterday ? it was all perfect, and we had lots of comments on my aisle song from fellow killers fans!”
Alice – Bride

So glad to have got the perfect song for your special day.
Thanks to all the staff at The Abbeywood estate for helping me with my equipment and bringing me coffee (decaf) and it was nice to meet By Hannah Photography immortalising the day in pictures.
Alice and Charlie – I wish you a lifetime of happiness.
