Getting back into into the swing this year with this awesome #2023wedding at Statham Lodge Hotel
I met this couple at one of Statham lodge’s open evenings – a fantastic way to get to see the venue prepped for action and meet their recommended wedding suppliers.
They booked me and we started communicating on their song choices. The bride called me to ask if I would sing “The one” by Kodaline. It’s only one of my favourite bridal entry songs to sing. Such lovely words!
The Wedding ceremony – featuring a beautiful entrance by the brides daughter and nephew.
However it was not my music that stole the show – first it was the beautiful children that walked down the aisle first. The couples’ daughter and the brides nephew. So well behaved! I mean they say never work with children or animals – well they are the exception.
Then the bridesmaids walked in and finally right on cue with the chorus lyrics “You make my heart feel like it’s summer when the rain is pouring down”, the stunning bride emerged.
The ceremony was lovely and light hearted with some Lion King and Madness from me during the signing. Then the newly-wed couple came bouncing back down the aisle to “Signed,sealed, delivered”
Then we moved in to the bar where the guests were entertained by music from myself and close of magic from Rockstarmagic who blew the guests away!
