Mr & Mrs Kirby-Richardson
Mere Court Hotel – December 29th 2018
I had the great pleasure of returning to Mere Court Hotel and Wedding Venue to play a wonderful wedding for Mr and Mrs Kirby-Richardson.
I met the beautiful bride at one of the hotel’s wedding open days where I was exhibiting. She heard me play A Thousand Years by Christina Perri and decided she simply had to book.

The dilemma was the night before her wedding I was taking out The Ultimate Duelling Pianos show to Clevedon Hall in Somerset for the wedding of Mr & Mrs Erwood.

So I was initially hesitant but after double checking the logistics, and after Ashlea’s mum phoning to ask me again – I agreed to perform for them……
….and boy was I glad I did.
Mere Court Hotel
Here is the beautiful Mere Court Hotel set up for a civil ceremony. Notice my piano near the registrars table. It is always an pleasure to perform at this venue representing The Live Piano Experience

Q. Why did you book The Live Piano Experience?
A. I walked into a wedding fair and heard the song i had chosen to walk down the aisle to, being sang live and played on the piano by Mark. I headed straight over and knew before I got there I HAD to have him play on our big day!
Q. What effect did we have on your wedding day?
A. The day wouldn’t have been half as special without Mark. All of our guests had nothing but amazing comments to say, he got the guests involved, taking requests and getting them singing along.
Q. How professional were we?
A. Very professional! Mark was originally travelling back from another venue on our wedding day but he pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond for us, making it possible to be there for our wedding.
Q. Would you recommend us to friends and family? yes
A. We can’t thank Mark enough for making our day so perfect!
